Welcome to Honey Translation Services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or commissioning translation, apostille, localization, or interpretation services, you enter into a legally binding agreement and accept all terms and conditions set forth herein.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should refrain from placing orders or utilizing our professional language translation services.

Honey Translation Services delivers human-certified translation, document attestation, web localization, and live interpretation services across 150+ global languages:

• Human Certified Translations: Professional translation by domain-expert human linguists with formal certificates of translation accuracy.
• Apostille & Legalization: Document assistance for official government attestation, HRD, MEA, and embassy legalization.
• Website & Software Localization: Adapting software UI, marketing copy, and digital platforms to local language norms.
• Interpretation Services: On-site and virtual simultaneous or consecutive interpretation for conferences and legal proceedings.

Quotations are generated based on word count, source/target languages, technical complexity, and requested turnaround time.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final deliverables are released upon complete payment settlement.

By submitting materials to Honey Translation Services, the client warrants that:

• They hold full legal rights, title, copyright, or authorization over the submitted source documents.
• The materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content submitted does not contain illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory material.

Honey Translation Services makes every reasonable effort to deliver completed projects on or before agreed deadlines.

• Review Period: Clients have a 14-day quality guarantee review window upon receipt of translated files to request adjustments or corrections.
• Free Revisions: Any translation inaccuracies or stylistic corrections within the original scope of work will be revised free of charge.
• Scope Changes: Additional text additions or source document revisions submitted post-approval will be subject to supplementary quote adjustments.

Upon receipt of full payment, all copyright, translation rights, and title to the translated output transfer entirely to the client. Honey Translation Services retains no ownership rights over your translated documents.

Honey Translation Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays due to third-party government agencies (e.g. embassy processing delays).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
